CALL FOR ABSTRACTS INSTRUCTIONS

We kindly ask the authors to use the abstract submission form. The timeline of the approval process is described above. Generally, it is assumed that all speakers are registered and paying participants of the conference, however exception can be made based on the individual case and conference limited budget.

Abstract requirements

• All abstracts to be submitted and presented in English.

• An abstract should not exceed a limit of 1.000 words. 

• The authors are responsible for the content of the abstract.

• An automatically-generated confirmation will be sent to the presenting author's e-mail address. If you do not receive it within one hour after the submission (remember to check your spam folder), please contact us at alexandra@nami-tech.com.

• Authors will be notified of the acceptance of their abstract by e-mail by December 31, 2023.​
