Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines, otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.
Each participant must be registered individually.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: BANK TRANSFER
You will receive a Payment Order with all details within 1 week after the registration. Payment will be required within 10 days of receipt of the Payment Order. The Final Invoice will be issued during the Conference dates.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
In the event of the cancellation of your registration, please notify the Conference secretariat by e-mail at alexandra@nami-tech.com

Full refund of the registration fee minus admin costs of EUR 50
Cancellation received: from March 1, 2024
50% of the registration fee will be charged
